As global electronics supply chains continue to shift toward Asia, industry leaders are increasingly focused on where to establish their next strategic foothold.
Thailand Electronics Circuit Asia 2026 (THECA 2026) is positioning itself as one of those key destinations.
Scheduled for August 26–28, 2026, at BITEC in Bangkok, THECA 2026 is expected to host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 7,000 industry professionals from more than 40 countries. The event continues to expand its international reach, reflecting broader changes in the global electronics landscape.

Organizers say THECA is evolving beyond a traditional exhibition into a business-focused platform. In 2025, the event facilitated more than 500 business-matching meetings, generating approximately USD 560 million in trade value, highlighting its growing role as a marketplace for industry stakeholders.
Unlike many trade shows that focus on specific segments, THECA 2026 brings together multiple parts of the electronics value chain, including PCB manufacturing and materials; PCB assembly (PCBA) and EMS; advanced equipment and automation technologies; semiconductor and advanced packaging solutions; and AI, data centers, and next-generation applications.
A key feature of the 2026 event is the “Power2Motion” zone, which will focus on automotive electronics and future mobility technologies, including EV systems, battery technologies, autonomous driving, and smart connectivity. This area reflects the increasing convergence between electronics and mobility innovation.
Thailand has been positioning itself as a strategic hub for electronics manufacturing and supply chain diversification in Asia.

With government-backed investment incentives, established industrial infrastructure, and regional connectivity, the country offers advantages for companies looking to expand or rebalance operations. One factor is the country’s strategic central location within ASEAN and has long-standing PCB and EMS manufacturing bases. Moreover, the country has the full investment support from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI)
Most importantly, Thailand has an expanding ecosystem in semiconductors and advanced electronics. As supply chains continue to evolve, Thailand is becoming an increasingly important center for production, sourcing, and distribution.
THECA 2026 will feature a range of programs aimed at facilitating business engagement, including:
These activities are designed to help participants identify partnerships and explore commercial opportunities.

A new addition to the 2026 event is the Workforce Pavilion, which addresses a growing industry concern: access to skilled talent.
As companies expand into Southeast Asia, workforce capabilities are becoming a key factor in investment decisions. The pavilion will bring together industry leaders and manufacturers; academic institutions; certification organizations such as IPC; and engineers and technical professionals.
The initiative aims to provide a platform for assessing workforce readiness while promoting alignment with international standards.
THECA 2026 provides an opportunity for attendees to explore suppliers across the PCB, EMS, and AI ecosystem. It also engages with industry professionals and decision-makers and provides a preview into Southeast Asia’s electronics sector.

Moreover, the event can also help industry players to have a competent assessment of both provide an assessment of both manufacturing capacity and workforce capabilities and identify potential partners for supply chain expansion.
As the electronics sector continues to evolve, industry participants are seeking locations that offer both technological capability and strategic positioning.
THECA 2026 is expected to serve as a meeting point for companies evaluating future investments and partnerships across the region.
