Delta Electronics has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the official opening of a new office in Johor Bahru, strengthening its ability to serve customers and partners across the country’s rapidly developing southern economic corridor.

The new facility complements Delta’s existing operations in Petaling Jaya and Penang and underscores the company’s long-term commitment to the Malaysian market. The expansion comes as Malaysia continues to attract investments in data centres, advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure, creating rising demand for resilient and energy-efficient technologies.

Located within the Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SiLC) in Iskandar Puteri, the office positions Delta closer to customers operating in one of the region’s fastest-growing industrial hubs and the Johor-Singapore economic corridor.

Further demonstrating its focus on Malaysia’s digital transformation, Delta recently hosted (July 30) the Delta Future Forward 2026 forum in Kuala Lumpur. Held under the theme Building a Resilient, Energy-Efficient Future, the event brought together industry professionals to discuss the infrastructure and ecosystem requirements needed to support long-term AI-driven growth.

The forum explored topics including resilient power infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, intelligent manufacturing, supply chain resilience and sustainable digital development. Discussions focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with scaling AI adoption across industries.
