FANUC to Extend Payload Range with New Robot

FANUC Corporation has newly developed the M-410/800F-32C palletizing robot with a payload of 800kg. Specifically, this is a successor to the M-410iB/700 model with a payload of 700kg.

Mainly, FANUC’s palletizing robot M-410 Series offers a lineup with payloads ranging from 110 to 700kg. Particularly, the new model with a payload of 800kg enhances the maximum payload capacity of the M-410 Series.

The features of M-410/800F-32C, a successor model of M-410iB/700, are as follows.

  • Increased payload, maximum speed of each axis, and operating range;
  • Compact J1 base with reduced height, allowing flexibility in installation height adjustments;
  • Arm-integrated cables to reduce interference between cables and peripheral equipment.

New Sharp Design

By taking advantage of these features, the M-410/800F-32C variant can transport large and heavy objects in a wide range of industrial facilities.

Also, the M-410/800F-32C, powered by the new R-50iA Controller, can utilize the latest features of the R-50iA, and contribute to the automation in the manufacturing industry.

The company exhibited M-410/800F-32C at FANUC Open House (Japan) held in May in an actual demonstration.

Production of the M-410/800F-32C will start in August 2024.
