Beckhoff to Expand U.S. Grit With Latest Atlanta Site

Beckhoff Automation has opened a new regional office in Greater Atlanta. Specifically, the company aims to use the 5,000sq.ft-facility to boost sales, support, and training capabilities.

In addition, the company will also use the new facility to accommodate customer meetings, seminars, and other events. Strategically located in Alpharetta, Georgia, the office will help ensure Beckhoff continues its strong customer and market share growth across the southeastern part of the United States.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

Located in Alpharetta, Georgia, the new facility will serve as a home base for local sales and support engineers. In addition, the company will use the new site as a regional hub for training, seminars, and other business activities.

The new Atlanta-area facility features a state-of-the-art training room. Particularly, they will expand the training to keep customers and employees informed on the latest advances in automation software. At the same time, to train them with the latest networking and motion control.

To support special projects and proof-of-concept validation for customers, the office also has a research and development room. It comes stocked with technologies that Beckhoff engineers can use to collaborate with experts across industries.

Known as the “Technology City of the South,” Alpharetta is home to more than 600 tech companies, which employ a significant percentage of the area’s residents. Moreover, Alpharetta also maintains a strong talent pool of recent graduates of the area’s top universities.

Meanwhile, the new Beckhoff office is in the Sanctuary Park, a lush business campus that resides on a 150-acre nature preserve. Thus, the location also offers convenient transportation to downtown ATL and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
