Product Counting and Color Detection with Machine Vision

Machine vision is gradually replacing manual inspection because of its efficiency and accuracy in high-speed product inspection, counting, and color and variety identification.

DV-1100 has the performance capabilities for these tasks. Specifically, it has up to 13/12-generation Intel® Core™ i9 (Raptor Lake-S / Alder Lake-S) processor with 24 cores; UHD 770 with Intel® Xe architecture for superior GPU image classification inference performance; up to 32GB DDR5 memory (4800MHz); and high-speed NVMe solid-state drives.

Moreover, Cincoze’s DV-1100 has high-speed I/O interfaces (2.5G LAN and 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2x1). They connect peripheral devices such as cameras, sensors, and light sources. Also, it has multiple international certifications, including the US UL safety certification and the EMC standard for industrial environments (EN 61000-6-2/4), ensuring uninterrupted and stable operation in harsh environments.
