In addition, CuboRex has raised approximately ¥190 million last year from DRONE FUND, Shinkin-Yaramaika Investment Limited Partnership, Okinawa Innovation Creation Fund, and other investors. Moreover, it also generated a capital loan of approximately ¥100 million yen from the Japan Finance Corporation. This brings the Company’s total funding since its founding to approximately ¥630 million.

Accordingly, the company said it will use the funds to develop crawler-type automated transport robots. Especially, those that have high driving performance and can work autonomously on rough ground and in harsh environments.

The robots use unique driving technology, are resistant to slopes and steps, and can suit both indoors and outdoors.

Meanwhile, CuboRex said it will launch the robots on the market, expand sales, and collaborate with other companies on technology. At the same time, collaborate with existing logistics systems. The company will also demonstrate the robots’ practicality in a variety of environments and disclose case studies.
